There’s no doubt about it now–Clover’s having babies!
Clover: “No, I’m not.”
Me: “Yes, you are. You just don’t want me to know because I’m going to milk you!”
Clover: “I don’t want you to know because it would make you happy. You’re not milking me anyway.”
Me: “I see chevre.”
Clover: “I see your tiny brain. There aren’t enough ropes in the world for you to tie me down this time, Woman.”

Dear Clover, I’m excited that you are so excited about our upcoming milking partnership. I can’t wait to work with you again. Though, I have to say, after milking a cow, your udder looks really tiny.

*Kitchen Extra: Avalanche Bars
I’ve been wanting to make this recipe ever since I saw it posted on Farm Bell Recipes. White chocolate, creamy peanut butter, Rice Krispies, marshmallows, and chocolate chips. How can you go wrong?

How to make Avalanche Bars:
1 package (12 ounces) white chocolate chips
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
3 cups Rice Krispies
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Melt the white chocolate chips in a double boiler. Add the peanut butter, stirring to blend. Add the Rice Krispies. Let the mixture cool 15-20 minutes. Add the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Press into a greased 8 × 8 pan and top with more chocolate chips, if desired. Chill in the fridge until set then cut into bars.
This is quick, easy, and delicious!

Another seriously tragic revelation.
My pasta machine may be sitting on the edge of my dining room table forever because I can’t get the clamp to loosen. I’m slightly mechanically-challenged. Don’t even try to get me to change the head on a water hose. (The pasta drying rack is still in pieces, too, as you can see!)
