I’m off to church in my new Easter burkha! We are having brisket and potatoes. (Er, not exactly traditional Easter fare, but yummy! Us Texas people love brisket!) Hm, our Easter is over. Kiddos heading back to school today. Sob. Colleges should be required to give the Monday after Easter off too.

Mmmm, brisket sounds good. We’re having roasted turkey breast and stuffing. We usually have a Honey Baked ham, but Easter snuck up on us so fast this year that we didn’t even think about it. March still! Hope your egg hunt was as fun as ours. 🙂
