…..if you are fat, furry, and shameless!

:bananadance:It’s going to be 72 degrees today!! I’m getting my shorts out!!! Spring is finally here!

I’m working on a synopsis today. Good day to get stuck and go for a long walk in the sunshine to pretend to think about it!:yuck:

Wow, talk about a severe case of “Boo Balls” 😆
My cat lies in that same position for belly rubs. I always tell him he has no couth.

Spring has found it’s way to RI, too. I hear birdsong and the temp. is rising. 😀

Good luck with the synopsis, Suz. Do try to take a walk in the sunshine. It’s so good for you.

  2. Becki says:

Out of town company has left, taken her “what do you mmean I can’t savagely attack cats” dog with her.

Seriously, her dog went after my cats. Foam was flying. Meanie Me defended my cats. Dog owner said, “She’s just a little dog. She wouldn’t hurt them too bad.” Small dog yes. Harmless no. I never knew Jack Russells were vicious. One paw out of step near our daughter (she’s 8) and Motel 6 would have a guest.

But their vacation is over, and my sunny island life is warm breezes and salt air again. Life on the Texas coast is good until Hurricane Season.

  3. Angie says:

I think I heard an “Aww jeez….can’t a cat get a *little* privacy around here?? 👿 Do I sneak up on you with recordable media devices when you’re climbing out of the shower???”

  4. Caro says:

“I’m cute. Aren’t I adorable? Don’t you love me more than those little intruders out on the porch?”

You know he’s just waiting for you to rub his tummy so he can attack.

  6. Marcy says:

LOL At least he cleaned up before the photo shoot or that fur wouldn’t be so white. :rotfl:

  7. Tori Lennox says:

I think that’s an excellent way to relax. We should all be so shameless. :rotfl:

  8. Jill says:

I’m huddled in four layers and typing my manuscript with gloves and you’ve got 72. I’m not happy.

  9. catslady says:

We hit 70 today too – woohoo. One of 5 of my cats loves his tummy rubbed. One in 5 likes to lay this way too. Not the same cat though lol.

  10. Toni Anderson says:

    Synopsis :yuck:
We’re having a melt but we have rain and flurries forecast tomorrow :yuck:

  11. Estella Kissell says:

Is Buttercup shamelessly begging for a belly rub?

  12. ruby55 says:

Well, spring is making a tentaive foray to southern Ontario. The forcast called for about 60 and I think we got it. However, I still prefer wearing a light coat because of the wind.

Next week we’re supposedly down to a high of 40 again with below freezing overnight. Oh, well. At least we’ve had sunshine for a few days already. I’ve never realized it before, but around here the wind kicks up a fair amount of sand these days–all the stuff the sanders put down so the ice wouldn’t be too slippery. :yuck:

  13. ruby55 says:

P.S. Good luck with that synopsis. Can’t wait to read another one of your books.

  14. ruby55 says:

BTW, wish I could meet you in Toronto. That’s actually my sister’s birthday. I’m trying to figure out if I can combine the two except that we’re coming from two different directions–I’m coming from the west, she’s coming from the north.

Speaking of animals, my sister told me that the first Highland calf they had drowned this week. It appears that he broke through the ice in a pond. Poor Basil–they just didn’t get to him in time.

  15. Lis says:

Hope you enjoyed the sunshine  and the synopsis wasn’t too painful!

Love the movie quote on the side today, I absolutely adore ‘So I Married An Axe Murderer’ may have to dig that one out this wknd and watch :bananadance:
