Kathy, a reader here, bought the Mammy Jane book after I posted about it. Knowing others wished to read the book but couldn’t buy it, now that she’s finished reading her copy, she wants to give it away to one of you. (It’s a like-new copy, only read once.)

If you want it, let me know! This giveaway will be open till midnight tonight (March 13). I’ll update this post with the winner tomorrow!

    I would LOVE a copy of Mammy Jane. I know a couple of kids that could read a chapter or 2 and find out how VERY lucky they are not to have the workload her kids did!!
    My family can use the inspiration after being gone from our little farm for almost a year!!! Only about 3 weeks Until I get to go home!!!! And then I am going to get some goats!!!

    I went looking for the book after you posted about it and it was too expensive for me to buy a copy. I guess it’s out of print? So, YES!!! I would just love to read it.
