Dookie, irritated and aghast at the chicken hovering over his dog food bowl. (Trust me, that rooster doesn’t stand a chance.)

I like him the way he is. He is so adorable like that! Its not too bad. You’ve got time to let it get a little longer and more messy yet and he will need that coat through the winter on his walks. I was the owner of a long haired shi tsu cross for 15 years. You can just trim his face a little here and there with the scissors…

    I voted again. Good luck!

Dookie looks like a real farm dog :happypuppy: ! I have one just like him only it’s a SHE….and she’s the Alpha dog around here..or was until we got our little Akbash pup. They are NOT getting along all the time and he is WAY bigger than her and will get close to 130 lbs. I may need Ceasar’s help with him! Anyway..Dookie is cute just the way he is. :hungry2:

I’ve been voting for you every day too. I’ve even gotten my office pals to vote too. None of them have ever lived in the country and can’t belive what your day is like and they thought being socker moms in Houston was hard. LOL….Good luck Suzanne.
I hope Dookie kicks Mean Rooster’s tail.

The Slanted Little House

"It was a cold wintry day when I brought my children to live in rural West Virginia. The farmhouse was one hundred years old, there was already snow on the ground, and the heat was sparse-—as was the insulation. The floors weren’t even, either. My then-twelve-year-old son walked in the door and said, “You’ve brought us to this slanted little house to die." Keep reading our story....
