Morning, with Donkey

I’m working on tomatoes and herbs this weekend. And planning another outdoor labor party for tomorrow. You?

It’s another beautiful, crisp, perfect pre-Autumn day here!

(We’ve got to pick up hay this weekend, too. It’s that time of year!)

It is that time of year to gather in for winter. This weekend, I plan to pick tomatoes and anything else I find in my garden. Waking up to 40 degrees in the morning tells me frost is not far away.
Thank you for sending your “morning view”. Have a great day!

Beautiful!!! Are the kids up yet? LOL!!

I hope you’re not planning on picking up that hay! Those look rather large and heavy! 😉

Your view looks nice and ‘uncluttered’ now. Did you cut down those trees you were talking about a few weeks back? Whatever you did, big thumbs up.

We are getting the remnants from Hurricane Hermine here today, and the sky is an Autumn Grey. Just a little chilly and damp, and the leaves are starting to take on the darker green/brown Fall look about them. I will spend the day packing for my move to the country which will be in 2 weeks. Sorting thru much stuff to purge as much as I can in an effort to simplify. Your past posts on this have inspired me Suzanne – thank you. Hope you have a wonderful day. Enjoyed your morning pics on this Saturday morning from central KY. Take care.

I look at your photos of the view you have and sit here imagining what that must be like. To live there where you do. I can imagine what the bird’s song sounds like as it carries across the valley, and how the leaves rustle with the breeze, and the symphony of the crickets and grasshoppers. Your photos supply me with what I need to get through a day. thank you very very much.

Really really wish I had your view and temps and basil. We’re back to the high nineties and our crispy grass. Labor day weekend was a tease followed by two days of torrential rain, flooding and tornadoes.
