Oh Happy Day!

My three kids! For those of you who may have missed it, Ross has finished his two years of nuclear power school following boot camp, and he is on his way soon to a fast-attack submarine porting out of Norfolk, Virginia. These photos look like all photos when I try to get my three “toddlers” to cooperate. Eventually, I told Ross to attempt to smile like someone who had just completed two years of hell, and I got the dimples out of him.

Happy Easter to all who celebrate! I’ve got pork chops marinating for a cookout later (after somebody–Ross??!!!) puts my new grill together, and Morgan will be saddling up to ride Patriot!

P.S. Thanks for the link today from Jenna at Cold Antler Farm! I read her blog! (See it here! LOVE her horse Merlin, and that was an inspiration to me to learn to ride Zip.)

You have a very handsome (and pretty) family. My brother can never smile on cue either; some of his school pictures were hilarious.
You know, the three of them just look “right” on the front porch of THAT house and thank you for sharing.
Happy Easter to you and yours, too.
