The trees are starting to change color quickly now, I like to sit out on the porch in the early morning this time of the year and drink my coffee, the porch faces a large woods, it is like a constantly changing painting, it looks so different every morning.

Our trees are starting to change too. We’ve had a few warmer days after a week of 60’s. The warmer days seem to have boosted the color change. Lots of yellows now with a bit of orange. Love the Fall.

Love your colorful jellies…and your beautiful Fall colors. It’s pretty here in Central Illinois right now too….and, after a few very cold days…it’s in the 70s again. Happy Autumn, Suzanne. :snoopy:

The Slanted Little House

"It was a cold wintry day when I brought my children to live in rural West Virginia. The farmhouse was one hundred years old, there was already snow on the ground, and the heat was sparse-—as was the insulation. The floors weren’t even, either. My then-twelve-year-old son walked in the door and said, “You’ve brought us to this slanted little house to die." Keep reading our story....
