I haven’t done this in a while, but I’ve got this photo available for free desktop wallpaper. You can get it here!

Hi Suzanne-I have been thinking. Since it is spring and the time of new life and all that, perhaps it is time to redesign your website. Your own life and business have changed, so maybe this format could too. One idea is to combine all the categories into a single blog and a captioned picture gallery. Some folks might complain about any change, but personally, I would like to be able to come to your site and see what’s going on in one or two clicks instead of going to all the different sections. Just a thought. Have a blessed and fun day!

The woods behind our home is full of wild flowers this year, the trillum and dutchmans britches are everywhere and the wild geraniums will be blooming soon, we had a freeze last night, down to 31 degrees, I am hoping it didnt damage the fruit tees in the orchard, that looks like a redbud in your photo, there are so pretty this year, this has been a lovely Spring, I can only imagine how happy you must be with the farm and your life, we make our own happiness and should never take it for granted, you have worked hard to find your, you should enjoy every moment.

This picture of Spring singing is as close as I can come right now; it’s the end of April (almost) and we still have no signs of impending Spring. No pale green haze on the trees, forsythia blooms, tulips or daffodils. It has been below freezing at night for weeks and sometimes it doesn’t get up to 50 during the day. So post all the spring pictures you want as I am enjoying them. :fairy:

Beautiful picture! (BTW, I love the website just as it is.) 🙂

I’ve been listening for spring. All I hear is winter. It snowed Friday morning. And after a week of rain, all the local rivers are above flood stage. Even parts of four highly commuted x-prsswys had to be closed because of flooding.
RE: website: Like Topsy, this website just grew as you grew. Sure, it could be more efficient to use…but getting there might likely kill some of us. I’d rather hunt around than be party to opening Pandora’s (that’s Pandora as in Greek mythology) box. Besides, hunting sometimes leads to great surprises. imho

You guys don’t have to hunt for a post. Suzanne has the date by each post under the the Daily Farm, rotating post pictures. Also there is a calendar on the side bar. I have no problem at all finding a new post.

Glad you’re ALIVE and having so much fun, Suzanne! You deserve it.

Dear Friends, I do not have trouble finding new posts. I just thought maybe a different format would make things easier for Suzanne. I felt bad that apparently folks sometimes bug her about not having something new in every category every day. If she hadn’t mentioned about those people and their comments, I would never have said anything.

Ohhhhh! Now you’ve REALLY made me homesick! We have some redbud around here, but not like home. Thank you.

Ok to alleviate the fact that someone will think I’m stupid, what is red bud? That is what kind of tree?
I really like that photo! But, then all your photos are excellent!

Love the photo. It’s now the screen wallpaper for my home and work computers! Thanks for sharing it with us. You should put chickensintheroad.com on the bottom of it for some free advertising.
