What a wonderful thing to have on a cold Winters day. I pick the first of ours this morning, so exciting we have waited so long—I thought I heard a band softly playing “Happy Days Are Here Again”, maybe not but then, not sure 😉
Don & I canned 42 pints of chunky tomatoes this past Sunday. It makes you feel good when you can accomplish things as such. And it’s so rewarding in the winter months.
What kind of tomatoes did you use? We used Roma’s this past Sunday.
