Real ice cream made with frozen fruit in 5 minutes in a food processor.
Servings: 4Prep Time: 5 minutes
10 to 12 ounces of any frozen fruit
2/3 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Place all ingredients in food processor and process until the consistency of ice cream. May be placed in the freezer for a few minutes if firmer ice cream is desired.
