Aioli (Garlic Mayonnaise)

This is so good and very versatile. You’ll want to keep it on hand all the time. It turns a sliced cucumber into a gourmet delight!

Difficulty: Easy

Servings: 3/4 cup

Prep Time: 10 minutes   Cook Time: 2 - 12 hours chill time  


3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 – 4 cloves garlic, minced
2 TBS lemon juice
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper


Mix all ingredients well. Cover and chill at least two hours. (Overnight is best.)

Serve on sandwiches, dip for vegetables (raw or cooked), excellent on roasted meats, BBQ wings, etc.
