There is a neighbor around the corner that is giving away the plums on a front yard tree … even if those are too far ripe (early variety is past prime already), local markets are flush with them here in CA. I’m looking for a plum sauce that will preserve with BWB. It’s a family favorite for chicken tender dippin’!
