An easy dish to make. Goes well with a tossed salad.
Servings: 6-8 servingsCook Time: 25-30 minutes
1 pound ground beef
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup Bisquick baking mix
2 tomatoes sliced
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10 inch pie plate.
Cook & stir hamburger & onion in frying pan until browned; drain. Stir in salt & pepper. Spread in pie plate.
Beat milk, eggs and baking mix until smooth. Pour into plate.
Bake 25 minutes. Top with cheese & tomatoes. Bake again until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes.
