One of my favorite summertime treats. Getting all scratched up picking berries was worth it knowing that mom would make this pie as our reward.
Servings: 4-6Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 45-55 minutes
4 cups black raspberries
1 heaping cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Prepare one 9″ pie crust. Mix dry ingredients together and sprinkle over fruit. Gentle fold fruit into dry ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Then bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Wonderful served with vanilla ice cream or eaten with milk for breakfast.
