Delicious and easy breakfast casserole that can be made the night before. Makes a great brunch addition. Wonderful served with homemade blueberry sauce.

Servings: 8-10   Prep Time: 10 minutes   Cook Time: 20-25 minutes

1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 – 1 teaspoon vanilla
6 eggs
10 slices French bread cut into 1″ cubes
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
3 oz. cream cheese

Grease 9” x 13” pan. Beat flour, milk, sugar, vanilla & eggs in large bowl. Stir in bread cubes until well coated. Pour bread mixture into prepared pan. Top evenly with cream cheese cubes and blueberries. Cover & refrigerate up to 24 hours. Heat oven to 400 degrees & bake casserole uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and set in middle. Serves 8. Can make blueberry syrup or use regular syrup

NOTE: I use any bread that I have available. Leftover hot dog or hamburger buns. Sandwich bread, homemade bread, etc. Very versatile recipe.
