Boysenberry Butter (or Raspberry)

This is our version of the popular raspberry butter from our favorite restaurant, Maddox Steak House in Brigham City, Utah. Theirs is raspberry, but I happened to have homemade seedless boysenberry jam. It is really good!

Servings: 32   Prep Time: 5 min.     


1 cup butter, softened
1 cup seedless boysenberry or raspberry jam


Slowly beat softened butter until fluffy. Add seedless jam, beating until thoroughly mixed in. Wonderful on hot rolls or biscuits.
