Great for breakfast, don’t tell your family that they’re healthy and they’ll never know they aren’t getting a treat. These have a decent amount of healthy protein, good vitamins etc.
DO use only the silken Tofu which is usually in the produce section. This is the secret to getting the right texture.
Servings: 1 large, 2 smallPrep Time: 5 min
8oz Orange Juice
8oz Silken Tofu
One ripe banana
1 teaspoon or so of Vanilla
1 Tablespoon (or so) of honey
1 or 2 tablespoons of wheat germ (optional)
Add all ingredients into a blender.
Feel free to add frozen strawberries or any other fresh or frozen berries you have on hand if you want and whiz it all in the blender, pour and enjoy it!
