A nice change from the usual pecan pie.
Servings: 8Prep Time: 15-30 min Cook Time: 30-35 min
1 stick butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp plain flour
1 pinch of salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 nine-inch pie crust
Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla together. Add eggs, flour, and salt. Beat well. Fold in buttermilk. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on bottom of crust and pour mixture over top. Bake at 300 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until set.
