This pie is great when you already have the oven going and you need a dessert that is different…..You can top it with some fruit, if you’d like.
Servings: 8Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 45 minutes
1 Unbaked Pie Crust for 10” Pie
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Teaspoon Corn Starch
3/4 Cup Milk
1 Cup Cottage Cheese – Small Curds
Mix all ingredients together at low speed – don’t get all the lumps out – just the bigger ones. Pour into the unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes or until firm.
