Great casserole, keeps well for leftovers. Great for freezing and making ahead, also awesome for kids.
Servings: 6-8Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 1 hour (or less)
2 pkg. frozen broccoli (cooked)
4 chicken breasts cooked and pulled
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (or plain breadcrumbs)
4 tbsp. butter
Prepare broccoli and chicken and place in a lightly greased casserole dish. Mix together soups, mayonnaise and lemon juice then cover the broccoli and chicken with the mixture. Next sprinkle the cheddar cheese across the top. Mix the stuffing and melted butter and top the casserole. Bake at 350º for an hour until hot.
