Quick & easy recipe handed down to me by my mother-in-law years ago.
Servings: 9 to 12 pieces depending on size you cut
1 cup brown sugar (I use light…can use dark)
1 cup white sugar
1 cup oil
1 cup warm coffee ( can use instant–heaping teaspoon)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
3 cups flour
handful chocolate bits or more to your liking
handful chopped walnuts or more to your liking
Mix all ingredients together
place in a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan
sprinkle chocolate bits & chopped walnuts on top of batter in pan
350 degrees for 30 minutes
