Very fast and easy cole slaw recipe, we even put it in fish taco’s
Servings: 6Prep Time: ten minutes
1 head of green cabbage shredded
2 small carrots shredded
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup of white sugar
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Toss cabbage and shredded carrots in a medium sized bowl, and combine dressing ingredients, pour over cabbage mixture, toss and coat.
