They’re sweet, crunchy, and oh so good.
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. crushed cornflakes
Crush the cornflakes. Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla. Add the flour. Roll the dough into balls and roll the balls in the crushed cornflakes. Bake 13-15 min. at 350F until lightly browned on the edges.
