Craig’s Deer Chili

This recipe was one that I received from my brother-in-law. I’m not much of a deer meat person, but this is really good.

Servings: 10        


1 1/2 lbs. deer burger
1 lb. pork sausage
1 can Bush baked beans
1 15oz. can of light kidney beans
1 15 oz. diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel
1 pkg. of chili seasoning mix


Brown deer meat and pork sausage; drain. Add Bushs’ baked beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, Rotel and chili seasoning mix. Cook at least one hour or longer. The longer you cook it the better it is.
