
Curry Chicken Salad

Servings: 3-4 Prep Time: 5-10 minutes (30 minutes, if cooking chicken)Ingredients
3/4 lb. cooked chicken (weight after cooking; I boil boneless/skinless breasts), chopped or shredded
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1 small onion, diced
2 stalks celery hearts, sliced
2/3 c. sweetened, dried cranberries
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
Directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Eat!
