These bars are not only delicious, they are healthy as well.
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. raspberry jam (or your favorite flavor)
Line an 8×8 pan with foil. Combine dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Press 2 cups of the mixture into the pan. Spread jam to within 1/4″ of the edge. Sprinkle reserved mixture on top and lightly press it into the jam. Bake at 350F for 35-40 min.
