Easy French Dips

Easy and delicious, and I am all for Easy! Great for fast lunch for company and kids love it also.

Servings: 4-12   Prep Time: 5 minutes   Cook Time: 8 hours  

Ingredients

4-5 pound beef roast (inexpensive boneless)
2-3 cans LOW SODIUM Beef Broth
2-3 packages of Dry Italian Dressing Mix


Directions

Put roast, broth and mix in crock pot on low, cook all day! 6-8 hours.


When tender, take roast out and shred it (like pulled pork), put back in crock pot and it’s ready. Use juice for dip, and serve on rolls of your choice.
