These lemon bars are a cinch to make with just a few ingredients.
Servings: 20 or morePrep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 20 mintues
1 box (16 oz) white angel food cake mix
1 can (16 oz) lemon pie filling
1 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp melted butter
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Mix dry cake mix with filling by hand. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake 350 degrees for 16-20 minutes.
Combine butter lemon juice and powdered sugar by hand until smooth. Drizzle over warm bars.
