Cool and delicious sweet fruit treat.
Servings: 8Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes
1 Roll Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough
8 oz. Cream Cheese
3/4 Cup Confectioners Sugar
1 Can Pineapple Chunks
1 Can Sliced Peaches
1 Pint Sliced Strawberries
2 Sliced Kiwi Fruit
4 Sliced Bananas
Press cookie dough out in a pizza pan or pie dish. Bake until brown like a soft cookie, about 12-15 minutes in 350 degree oven, let cool.
While cookie is cooling, beat the cream cheese and confectioners sugar together. Drain pineapple and peaches in a bowl, slice bananas into the juice you have drained from the canned fruit, this keeps the bananas from turning brown so fast. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the cooled cookie, then place pineapples on the top. Next place peaches, strawberries, kiwi fruit and last, drain the bananas and place them on the top. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
