Wonderful, easy fudge!
Servings: 16 1" pc'sPrep Time: 10 min Cook Time: 20 min
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups goat milk
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix the sugar and goat milk together in a pan. Cook over medium-high heat. Boil gently until mixture reaches the soft-ball stage, stirring often to keep from sticking. When it has reached the soft ball stage, remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, butter, and peanut butter. Beat by hand until thick. Pour into buttered 8×8 pan. Cut into 16 pieces, 1″ squares.
