
This is such a delicious way to eat corn! Hope you love it as much as I do!

Servings: 4-6
Prep Time: 10-15 minutesIngredients
2 cups white or yellow corn (drained, if canned)
1 onion, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!

Try this salad because it is delicious! I made it using reduced fat mayo and used plain yogurt because I was out of sour cream. It is even better after it chills. I can imagine that it is great with grilled meat and bbq’d ribs. Thanks for contributing a great salad!
