Delicious marinade for salmon or other fish with just a little heat!
Servings: 4Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins
1/2 cup olive oil
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoons chopped green onion
3 teaspoons brown sugar
2 cloves garlic
3 teaspoons red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Place all ingredients in a Ziploc bag. Mix together well. Marinade for 4 to 6 hours. Spray grill with non-stick spray or place foil under fish. Grill 10 mins per inch of thickness. Your salmon is done when it just starts to flake with a fork.
