Health Salad

Make in a medium bowl. Peel cucumbers, cut in 1/2 length wise, chop in 1/2 inch slices. Cut tomatoes into 1/2 inch slices then cut each slice in 1/2. Add sliced peppers and onion.
In a small bowl add remaining ingredients, whisk together. Mix with veggies, cover. Let marinate for a few hours
