Honey Butter Salmon

This is very good quick meal that seems to be somewhat healthy!

Difficulty: Easy

Servings: 2 adults

Prep Time: 10 mins   Cook Time: 10 mins with sauce

Ingredients

2 pieces of salmon (I used either fresh or frozen)
1 tsp of honey (I usually use 1 tbsp because I like sweet)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
1 cube butter
1/2 cup water
Pinch of salt and pepper

Directions

Pad salt and pepper and olive oil over salmon for 5 minutes. Pan Fry the salmon till it is golden brown. In another pan, melt butter. Stir fry garlic until fragrant. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until sauce has thickened. Serve with cooked rice.
