Pad salt and pepper and olive oil over salmon for 5 minutes. Pan Fry the salmon till it is golden brown. In another pan, melt butter. Stir fry garlic until fragrant. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until sauce has thickened. Serve with cooked rice.
