This recipe came from my grandma. This is a quick and easy dish that I usually make in my electric skillet. Very easy to double. I will sometimes freeze leftovers.
1 lb hamburger – browned
onion to taste
1 can green beans – drained
potatoes – raw – diced
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 can water
season to taste
Brown hamburger and onion, add potatoes, soup and water. Green beans may be added now or a little later. Season. Bake in oven or cook in skillet until potatoes are done.
