A delicious warm dip. Perfect for snacking on cold, winter days!
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 10-12
Ingredients
1 lb. chopped/diced ham
8 oz. shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 jar jalapeno pepper slices, chopped (adjust amount to your taste/heat tolerance)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash of garlic powder (2 dashes for more flavor)
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Spoon the mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until hot and bubbly. Serve warm with assorted crackers and/or tortilla chips.
Note: You can also bake this in a bread bowl. To do so, cut the top off of a round bread loaf and scoop out the inside. Place the dip mixture in the bread bowl and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
