Jalapeno Cheesy Squares

Great little addition to meal or by them selves.

Difficulty: Easy

Servings: 20

1 lb mild cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb Monterery Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 12-oz jar sliced jalapenos, drained
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup flour
2 eggs

Combine the 3 cheeses together in a large mixing bowl. Place 1/2 of the cheese into a 13 X 9 X 2 baking dish. Layer sliced jalapenos over cheese mix and then top with remaining cheese. Beat eggs, milk, and flour together until smooth. Pour mixture over cheese and jalapenos. Bake at 325 for 60-70 minutes, until lightly brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Cut into 1″ squares.
