Jalapeno Poppers

Wash and cut jalapenos in half lengthwise. Wearing gloves, scrape the inside of peppers with a spoon removing the membrane and seeds.

Fill the peppers with softened cream cheese.

Using clean kitchen shears, cut the bacon in half lengthwise and then again crosswise. There should now be 20 slices of bacon. Wrap the filled peppers with a bacon piece.

Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes or until bacon is cripsy.
