I like this with fresh crab cakes I make.
Servings: 2 1/4 cupsPrep Time: 10 minutes, 30 minutes to chill
2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup creole mustard
2 garlic cloves, pressed
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp ground red pepper
Whisk together all ingredients until blended. Cover and chill 30 minutes or up to 3 days.
