Mix in sauce pan, 2 cups water and 3 cups sugar. Boil together to dissolve. Add 2 packages of lime jello and the juice of three lemons (or 9 tbsp Real Lemon concentrate). Chill. Put into large mixing bowl. Add 8 cups milk and beat until well combined. (If use nonfat/skim milk, add in some milk powder to give richer flavor, or use a higher fat milk — turns out nicer). Pour into clean ice cream gallon bucket. Freeze 3 hours and mix thoroughly again. Again, freeze to solid (usually overnight). Scoop into tall serving glasses about 3/4 full and pour in 7-up. Mix up a bit with spoon and enjoy. Terrific in the summer on a hot day–fastest way to get a cold-headache that I know of!!! 🙂
