Lisa Kokes' Easy Baked Beans

Sweet, good amount of sauce, everyone asks to get this recipe.

Difficulty: Easy

Servings: 15

Prep Time: 5-10 minutes   Cook Time: 3 hours  

Ingredients

5 regular sized cans of beans (like Campbells)
1 c brown sugar
1 c white sugar
1/2 c ketchup
1/2 c molasses
2 tsp mustard powder
two dashes cayenne
1 good sized onion finely chopped
6-8 slices bacon, raw and chopped into 1″ pieces


Directions

Empty the beans. Add in the other ingredients, holding back on the bacon. Stir well. Place in 3 quart baking dish and top completely with bacon chunks. Bake slowly at 300 degrees for two hours
