Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

I used this recipe last year at Thanksgiving…….I made them up the day before. It helped me on space and time and it was delicious!!

Servings: 10   Prep Time: 30 min   Cook Time: 5 hrs (for reheat)  


5# potatoes, cubed

2 pkg cream cheese

8 oz sour cream

1/2 c milk

salt/pepper to taste


Cook potatoes until tender. Drain, mash. Mix together rest of ingredients.

Put in crock-pot on low in the morning to reheat (5 hours).

These can also be reheated in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 325.
