Marshmallow Peanut Butter Cracker Snacks

Back in 1970, I was a Girl Scout here in Georgia. We would meet every Thursday afternoon. Each girl took turns bringing a snack. One day, a girl’s mom fixed us this toasty, sweet and salty snack and we just about couldn’t get enough! They are so amazingly good that you’ll wish everybody would just leave the room so you can have the whole plate to yourself! Plan on at least 3 per person. Who doesn’t love a three ingredient snack!

Difficulty: Easy

Servings: 1-6

Prep Time: 5 minutes   Cook Time: 5-8 minutes

Ritz Crackers or other round buttery cracker
Peanut Butter
Marshmallows (large or small sizes)
Plan on at least 3 crackers per person as they go fast and everyone loves them!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Smear one teaspoon of peanut butter on each cracker and top with one large marshmallow or three tiny marshmallows. Bake until the marshmallow is puffy and toasted light brown.
