Mayonnaise

We ran out of mayo one day and DH found the recipe for homemade mayo in the Vita-Mix book. We have not purchased commercial mayo in almost two years. If you like Best Foods you will love this. With the addition of a little lemon juice and a pinch of tarragon this makes a quick mock Hollandaise for asparagus.
