It is simply divine, Mary. I followed the recipe precisely using honey. It was a bit tough to roll the chicken breasts but I was lucky to have the stretchy bands that worked out oh so nicely, a gift from my […]

Combine flour and milk. Add your sugar and mayo and stir until it comes together. Spoon into a buttered muffin tin. Bake 350 degrees for 12-15 min. Serve warm. These reheat in the microwave nicely.

Remove seeds from bell peppers and grind. Drain juice from peppers but allow juices of other ingredients to remain in mixture. Grind pears and onions in food chopper/grinder. Combine all ingredients and cook 30 minutes. Pack in hot pint jars, adjust lids and rings. Process 10 minutes in Boiling Water Bath.

Monday: Steak, new potatoes, broccoli Tuesday: Fettucini Alfredo, baked cheese-crusted chicken tenders, peas Wednesday: Beef Caccatore, pasta, broccoli…[Read more]

Thank you for posting this great recipe. I made this last week and sent it as my donation to a buffet luncheon. When people went back for seconds I truly knew it was a winner. I made this the night before and put in the fridge, baking it at 9am to take for my noon […]

Good Morning, I thank you for posting this delicious recipe. I made this yesterday and the outcome was delightful. I followed it to a T and would not change a thing. I used big brown farm fresh eggs, as always and love the deep, dense texture that this brings. Old recipes need to be pulled […]

I have a question about the directions. Do you remove this from the stove before adding in the condensed milk?
Thanks! Ü

This is my menu for next week: Breakfast – our breakfast menu is always the same, so I won’t post it again: MWF Rod gets 1 slice bacon, two eggs, scrambled with cheese, slice buttered toast and half a banana. I have one egg scrambled in the microwave served on a bed of lettuce and […]

Since we have to travel almost an hour to get to a decent grocery store, we go shopping once a month (except for two or three trips to the local grocery for milk or newspapers or something I forgot). So, I plan out my menu for the entire month and I cook most all the […]
