Thanks Annie! Don’t hear any complaints when we fix it. We usually grab whatever the store has. We have used Kraft, Typically we try and get one of the local sauces that our store carries.

Wow! Never heard of these. When I mentioned to my wife about Church Windows she said yeah those are pretty as she had had them. We changed it up a little and added peanut butter instead of coconut and these things are good.

Tswiger, it holds together very well. I think the Flour does a good job, but we always let cheese dishes sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Looks great! I have to ask for clarification sake. Are you cooking the filling before putting in the pastie? I am assuming so or else I can envision juices coming out in my version of the pastie.
