Mocha Frosting

This fluffy, delicious frosting will soon be one of your favorites!

Difficulty: Easy

Servings: 10-12

Prep Time: 10 minutes  


1 and 2/3 cup confectioner’s sugar

2 Tablespoons cocoa

1/4 to 1/2 cup butter, softened

3 Tablespoons strong coffee, cooled

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla


Combine sugar and cocoa. Beat butter until light and creamy. Add sugar mixture; beat well. Add salt and coffee. Beat 2 minutes. Then add vanilla. Frost cake or just eat out of the bowl!

    The frosting was so good! It goes perfectly with kellyb’s black magic cake recipe! My husband couldn’t stop eating the frosting out of the bowl!
