My mom made this for all of our summer picnics. Everyone loved it and there were never any leftovers. Hope you enjoy.
Servings: 4-6Prep Time: 10 minutes
1 small head cabbage, shredded
1 medium carrot, grated
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1. Combine all ingredients in serving dish and mix well.
2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
